Scarce, early road map of Fresno County and adjacent destinations. Shows main roads, rural and mountain hotels, and points of interest. On the back are three illustrations from photographs, various statistics, and ten suggested automobile trips. OCLC lists three copies of the map. One is dated 1915, listed under its panel title, "Fresno County roads lead you to the following scenic points in the High Sierras: Yosemite, Wawona, Miami Lodge...", Issued by the Fresno County Reception Committee, is at the Yale University Library. The other two, listed under the title on the map, as above, apparently bear the notation "Map issued September, 1917," and are issued by the Fresno County Chamber of Commerce. These are at the California Historical Society and the California State University Fresno. Our copy does not have the 1917 notation, and does have the date 1/15 on the map. Neither of the OCLC listings mention the printed wrappers.
Condition Report: Just a touch of extremity wear to wrappers, fine or nearly so.
