Case: 18k gold, blue guilloche enamel set with a single later-added old mine-cut diamond adorned with later-added white raised enamel embellishment set into a case stamped twice with the Swiss Helvetia mark, stamped for Patek Philippe, case number: 274536, interior cuvee reads Spaulding & Co. Chicago then No. 169028 Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Switzerland, green guilloche gold bezel, cabochon sapphire set winding crown, watch is set into a kokoshnik-motif platinum pendant set with approximately one hundred old mine and rose-cut diamonds suspended from later added platinum lariat chain
