Letter to "Harry," in part: "A promissory note for a sweater on the way but not yet finished! The above represents the body abstract done but no sleeves as yet!…much affectionate thought of you has gone into it Harry dear, & someday I hope you will enjoy its soft warmth. I'm so glad to take you with us and wish you a very happy Xmas." Roosevelt has added a sketch of the sleeveless sweater above. In fine condition. Accompanied by the original White House envelope, marked "Harry" by Roosevelt.
