late 18th century, the stepped and shaped top above a bombe case fitted with two short drawers over two long drawers, each banded, raised on cabriole legs headed by foliate carving and ending in peg feet.

Condition Report: **In overall good condition, exhibiting shrinkage, veneer irregularities, mars, past repairs and indications of age and use.
The case is sturdy and solid, exhibiting no movement in the case or legs.
Locks are present; a key is not.
There is a veneer loss to the stringing in the top, about 1/8" x 3/8". There are a series of small losses to the ebonized stringing on one drawer, and some slightly raised and flaking veneer on drawer faces.
