TWO CONTINENTAL FAIENCE TANKARDS
Two tankards with cylindrical pottery bodies painted in underglaze faience decorative scenes. Both with a pewter lid with a large hinge and squat ringed knop. One with a pewter base. Smaller tankard has inscribed initials in pewter lid. Late 17th/early 18th century.

Condition noted.
Condition Report: Smaller tankard has cracks to sides and some chips to glaze. Larger tankard has been repaired. Lid of smaller tankard slightly askew. General wear consistent with age and use.
