Derech Pikudecha – Chassidic work based on the 613 mitzvos, by Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech Shapira, Rebbe of Dynow, and author of the Chassidic classic Bnei Yissaschar. This copy is from the famous library of Rabbi Nachum Dovber Friedman of Sadigura, and bears his signature on fly-leaf, stamp, and a special stamp with the words ‘Minchas Shai’ – meaning that it was received as a gift. Original binding made for Rabbi Friedman, and gold stamped with his name. New spine.
Rabbi Nachum Dovber Friedman, son of Rabbi Shalom Yosef, grandson of Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin and son-in-law of Rabbi Avraham Yaakov of Sadigura, was highly revered by the chassidim of the Sadigura dynasty although not holding any official position. He had a very large and famous library of rabbinic and kabbalistic works.
