TWO BLUE-GROUND GILT-DECORATED STEM BOWLS AND COVERS, GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARKS IN IRON-RED AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)

The first, the stem bowl and cover are decorated on the exterior with a dragon and a phoenix amidst clouds above crashing waves on the splayed foot, the shoulder of the bowl flanked by a pair of double loop handles; the second, the stem bowl and cover are decorated with medallions of shou character, phoenix, flowers and birds, and flanked on the shoulder of the bowl with a pair of double loop handles.
