Conceived on 25th September 1953, this is a unique version of the empreinte.
Claude Picasso has confirmed the authenticity of this work.
Condition Report:
The ceramic is sound. There is some light wear and surface dirt in places, consistent with age and handling, and there is some craquelure to the glaze, inherent to the firing process. This work is in overall very good condition.
