An Egyptian painted stucco avian votive, Ptolemaic, c. 332 - 30 BC, hand-modeled in the form of a hawk or falcon, wings outstretched, eyes indicated in black. 2 1/8 in x 2 in (5.4 x 5 cm). Well-preserved and a type of votive object seldom encountered. Ex Orange County private collection.
