"Sexy oak complements but does not overwhelm aromas of medicinal black cherry, coffee, mocha, dark chocolate and licorice. Fat on entry, then sweet and juicy in the middle, with good intensity to the flavors of black and sour cherry and chocolate mint. Finishes long, with a lightly herbal quality nicely counterpointed by sweet mocha. With air, the fruit component faded into the background as a mineral element emerged."
