Gothic Style Situla, probably Central Europe, seems to refer to Tibiscum, which is now in Romania, carved, with plug base, having five architectural arches with columns supporting a text frieze, four arches containing Saints recording texts, the fifth with Madonna and Child flanked by attendants, each with an inscription on the arch above, having a Greek key band at bottom, 7" x 4 1/4" x 4". Missing bail handle, abraded spots at top where handle joined, shrinkage cracks.
