hallmarked London, 1775-1776, by William Cattell, of bulbous batteau form with embossed beaded rim, crested double "C"-scroll handle and raised on three shell-crested scroll-and-pad feet.

Condition Report: **Light surface wear consistent with age. Each boat has a small pinpoint dent near the handle, and one has a small dent to one of the embossed "beads". Otherwise the pair is in good condition with no breaks or repairs noted. Each piece fully and identically hallmarked on the underside, though the marks on one are well-worn.
