-Dear buyers-
We try to pack your scrolls carefully, but Roller ends may come off during transport. If this happens, could you please attach them with wood glue or something similar?
Roller ends originally use glue as an adhesive, so it is a similar technique.
We will use EMS as a usual shipping method. Countries that cannot send by EMS will send by e-packet.
Since it is difficult to clear Belgium and Netherlands customs by EMS, we also ship to them by e-packet.
We use a mirrorless camera to take pictures in order to get closer to the actual color of the product.
We do not process or modify the photos in any way, but please note that the actual color may differ from the color of the product.
All items dispatch from Japan.
So import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
We appreciate kind your understandings.
Please let me know if you have any question or concern.
