Impressive level of equipment

A rising star in the market

Chassis number WBACL31070LG32898
French registration papers

After the Z1 introduced at the end of the 1980s, BMW conceived a new version of its roadster, which was better equipped and more comfortable.
The Z3 roadster was born and went on to enjoy a successful career. In 1995, the first four-cylinder versions went on sale, backed by a promotional campaign which was as powerful as it was surprising, as the Z3 was none other than James Bond's latest ride in his most recent film Goldeneye. The neo-retro styling of BMW's roadster, penned by Joji Nagashima, was one of its strong points. The Z3 proved so successful that BMW wasted little time in taking the car up-market, installing the M52 straight-six engine in sizes ranging from 2.0 to 3.2 litres for the Motorsport version.
The model we are offering for sale is fitted with the 2.0-litre 6-cylinder engine developing 150bhp. This Z3 roadster was delivered new in Germany on 7 July 2000 and maintained by the Peter Nick GmbH dealership to the south of Frankfurt. The original service booklet was regularly stamped until October 2017, when it had 154,063km (95,730 miles) recorded. On this occasion, the front and rear discs and pads were replaced, along with the front suspension control arms and bushings. It is now showing a total of 160,973km (100,024 miles) and is presented in very good overall condition, with both sets of keys supplied. Its original Topasblau metallic colour suits it very well and it has an impressive tally of equipment and optional extras: trip computer, air conditioning, heated seats, two-tone leather upholstery, electric hood, M pack etc. It is rare to find such wellequipped versions in France. Firmly planted on its 17-inch wheels, this sporty-looking BMW roadster appears to be a rising star in the market for modern classics... It is a fine opportunity which should not be missed!
