Wall clock - Seikosha CO. LTD Seiko Dual Face Slave Clock - Glass, Steel - 1970-1980
Vintage Seiko slave marine clock in green color.
\r
These Seiko slave clocks were used on large Japanese freighters. Made in the 1970s in Japan, these 'slave' clocks were all connected via electrical wire in the boat to the master clock located in the captain's cabin. This sets the boat's time with each time zone change, and sets the hundreds of clocks to time simultaneously.
\r
The clock is in working condition and now comes with a new silent version of the quartz movement with one battery. (One AA battery)
\r
Please look at the photos carefully, you are purchasing a clock with a history and story. Because we have several clocks in stock, the dials may differ slightly from the photos.
\r
Will be carefully packaged and shipped with UPS.
