Black lacquered leather body; front visor with worn black underlay, rear visor with red underlay; gilt: cross spike base, stars, rear spine, trichter and front squared visor trim; fire gilt officer front plate of Prussian Eagle with silver star and gilt Landwehr cross, attached by two screw posts; gilt rounded chin scales with rosette side posts; Officer Imperial and Prussian cockades; tan leather sweatband and aged white silk lining; white bush with trichter.
