Porcelain, painted in colour with occasional gilded details. Mounted on a square pedestal with indented sides, apples and nuts spread on the top. Fully sculptured figure of Saint Nicholas with raised index finger, pulling his sack of gifts behind him. The base with blue crossed swords mark, model no. "73547", embosser's number "32AH" and painter's number "557" in iron red. "MWgd." on the back. Height 29 cm. Wiegand was artistic director of the Meissener Manufaktur from 1906 to 1908.
