Condition Report: Structurally sound. Retains an older warm mellow finish with areas of toning and darkening. Some scatted abrasions concentrated mostly along bottom of apron, arms, and corners. One loss of one inch veneer with repair. Loose nailhead trim. Other scattered chips. Scattered shrinkages. A few one inch losses to reeding. Soiled upholstery; under upholstery lacks shape. Abrasions to feet. Two rear legs. Two wooden supports underneath. A handsome example.
