Louis XVI Style Marble Top Walnut Commode, 20th c., the rouge marble top with turret corners, over four moulded drawers flanked by fluted columnar stiles, on ring turned tapered fluted legs with brass caps, H.- 33 1/4 in., W.- 38 1/2 in., D.- 22 1/2 in.
Condition Report: Structurally sound. Marble top with tape, and tape residue. Minor chips, nicks, and surface abrasions. Patination to metal elements. Retains an older warm finish. Vertical shrinkages on both sides of case with some separation. Minor imperfections from use. Handsome example. No key present.
