American (Massachusetts), circa 1830. Cut paper, watercolor, and ink profile image of elegant woman in hat and pink dress trimmed with white lace neckline, blue belt, and blue necktie, holding book. Condition Report: Toning, minor losses to edge of paper (nothing within view of the glass). The original color of the dress is visible outside of the frame (within margin of frame). Black-painted silhouette backing seems to be original. Annotation in pencil on back "Pink ....". See additional photos.
