Pierced and moulded design picked out in polychrome enamels, with heart shaped bail. Set with a carnelian intaglio (10.8 x 9.7 mm) depicting a faun wearing a wreath at a sacrificial altar. Not hallmarked. Several chips to the enamel. H. 2.0 cm. Weight 2.46 g. Original case with gold tooled leather cover.
