Obverse: right-facing crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with 'HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II' around, attributed to E Fey by Eimer. Reverse: standing figure of Britannia with orb, shield, trident and lion, in front of the Thames, the city of London in the background, 'TO COMMEMORATE THE CORONATION' above with 'A.D. 1953' below.
