Cf. This portrait is possibly that of the 4th Yu prince, Guanglu (1706–1785).
Provenance: by repute, formerly in the collection of Theophilius Peters, CMG, who was Vice-Consul in China1948-1951, based at Nanjing, Beijing and Shanghai, then again posted in Beijing with the family 1965-1968.
