The long, heirloom Persian blade of moderate curvature, and wrought of fine Persian black wootz. In its silk velvet-covered wooden scabbard with leather mounts. Early 19th century, blade earlier. Overall length 92.3 cm / 36 1/3". Leather and velvet rubbed, blade with minor areas of pitting. Condition III
