With slightly curved blade double-edged over nearly half its length to the point, the forte on both sides deeply struck with a King's head mark, hilt comprising recurved quillons each cast and chased in the round with monster's head terminal, plain collar, pommel-cap cast and chased with two portrait busts of Roman emperors, two cherub's masks and foliage, all against a punched ground, and natural buckhorn grip, in original partly tooled brown leather scabbard with silver locket and chape
