Box - .925 silver

Beautiful, very beautifully decorated silver box with lid by William Comyns. Comyns was a London-based silversmith who traded there from 1850 to the 1930s.

This beautiful box features floral decorations and three angels on the lid of the box. The sides are also decorated all around with angels. The box is marked W. C. by William Comyns, the letter 'b' for London and the silver mark with the lion.
