Beautiful and imposing Louis XV period bronze cartel and enamelled dial. Finely chiselled gilt bronze rocaille base; beautiful piece patinated by time. Violin-shaped, it is ornamented with acanthus leaves, openwork latticework on the sides and topped with a bunch of flowers. The enamelled dial with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic for minutes is signed "BOYER" in Paris and 1889 Gold Medal. Mechanical movement in working condition with its key and pendulum.
