A vintage 'Seamaster' wristwatch by Omega, one of the ranges with the calibration number 552.
It is gold plated with a stainless steel screw back and has an Omega logo on the crown.
The watch has a silver coloured dial with gold batons and hands.
The dial reads ‘OMEGA AUTOMATIC’ and beneath the hands 'Seamaster'.
The case back has the Seamaster hippocampus crest.
On the inside, it reads 'ACIER INOXYDABLE' (stainless steel). It also reads that it is Swiss made, it bears the makers stamp and the number 165.002.
The automatic wind movement is stamped with the 552 calibration number, "24 JEWELS" and the serial number 24225609.
The watch comes on a smart new black leather not original to the watch.

The dial has a diameter of 1.4 inches (3 cm).
The distance from strap lug to strap lug gives the watch length of 1.6 inches (6 cm).
With its strap it weighs 37g.
~ Condition ~
The body of the watch is in good condition but the crystal has a crack about 1cm long.
The watch is in good working order.
