Douglas Dillon, and Stewart L. Udall. Historically significant signed artifact of President Kennedy and his cabinet.
Includes an original telegram time stamped Dec. 13, 1960 from Sen. John J. [sic] Kennedy to Hon Carl Vinson—"I attempted to reach you this afternoon to tell you that I was appointing Robert McNamara Secretary of Defense."
