. Following items have been replaced due to longtime lack of use
. New bosch K/Jetronic fuel injection
. New distributor and rota arm
. New fuel injectors
. New spark plugs and filters
. Originally supplied for the Japanese market .
. Whilst all this work has been done at great expense .
. This is a worthy car , that is only appreciating
. A notable Mercedes product from the good old days .
. I have done no actual mileage it has been trailered everywhere ,apart from one small journey '
. The exterior paintwork , is in excellent order ,
. As with the interior
. The minus points , are the rear view mirror has discoloured with age , also the wood around the gear lever has cracked due to heat and age'
. As with the display on the stop watch . . .
. There are 2 holes in the rear exhaust box
. This item will be replaced prior to collection
. These pre AMG cars are surely a solid investment , and lower mileage rust free examples are a rarity .
. This Mercedes can be viewed , and collected from Ascot , UK approx 10 miles from London Heathrow airport .
